Hello Cake Fans!

For our inaugural blog post, I think it’s only appropriate to tell you about one of the most exciting things to happen to us here at Sweet on Cake. We’ve been cooking up lots of great stuff lately (including our brand spankin’ new website), but we’re particularly stoked about this one (drumroll please): our presence at Love & Lovely Wedding Studio in downtown Sonoma, CA! We are thrilled to be a part of this amazing new wedding studio co-op in the heart of Wine Country. This adorable space is where we hold all of our cake tastings and client meetings, and it’s conveniently located in one of the cutest towns in all of Northern California (not that we’re biased or anything). We share the space with these other amazingly talented wedding vendors: Allyson Wiley Photography (www.allysonwiley.com), PoppyStone Floral Couture (www.poppystonedesigns.com), L’Relyea Events (www.lrelyeaevents.com), and Edge Fog Films. We could not be happier to have such wonderful roommates!

For this window display, we drew our inspiration from milk glass and soft colors. Cake made by yours truly, of course. Excuse the glare.

This studio is by appointment only, but feel free to drive by and take a peek at our ever-changing window display (and be sure to look for our name on the window!). Surely you will find something inside these lovely walls to inspire you for your wedding or event!
